My name is Daphne Phillips (she/her).

I am the Communications and Engagement Manager on the communications team at the �鶹ֱ��app corporate office. I’ve been at �鶹ֱ��app for 21 years.

In my role, I do a mix of things, including helping to share information across �鶹ֱ��app (and outside of �鶹ֱ��app!), supporting our leaders with communication tools and materials, and sometimes sharing a lot of jokes!

In my view, the best part of my job is getting to work with amazing people who are doing really important and meaningful work.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that we really work together to create great materials to support staff at �鶹ֱ��app, and to help share �鶹ֱ��app's work with others outside the company.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is my team!

My favorite quote or personal motto is, "Don’t dream it! Be it!”

If I were going to describe �鶹ֱ��app in three words, they would be heartfelt, compassionate, mission-driven.
